TROY STREMLER

Director and CEO

Troy oversees the overall strategy of the company and is the founder behind Newdea’s vision to promote dignity through meaningful employment. His goal is to foster convergence in developing nations by using technology and sound policy to gear economies to meet the needs of private-sector capital. Troy is a recognized leader and brings more than 30 years of intensive experience working with government leaders, multinational corporations, nonprofit organizations, foundations, and government granting agencies on strategy, operational and governance issues. Prior to founding Newdea, Troy held diverse management and consultant roles to various businesses, most recently as the Founder and CEO of Mission Builders International.

Martin Linder

Chairman

Martin is the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Geneva Management Group Global Partners. Before joining Geneva Management Group Global Partners, Martin started his career with Goldman Sachs in 2000 and joined Partners Group in 2002, global private equity and real estate asset manager with current assets under management in excess of US$100 billion. From 2011 to 2013 Martin was a Director at Bank Vontobel, one of the leading Swiss banks with a presence in major financial hubs globally. In 2014, he moved to Dubai establishing Monterosa Group, a Swiss fund manager where he grew assets under management to over US$3 billion. In 2019, he founded Ellington Capital in the DIFC and was the SEO until November 2020. Martin is an attorney at law with admission to the Zurich courts and across Switzerland and with a Master of Laws degree from the University of Zurich.

Francis Lolli

Director

Francis is the Managing Director at the Carlyle Group, responsible for investor relations in the Mid-West region of the U.S. Prior to joining the Carlyle, Mr. Lolli was a partner at Shannon Advisors where he provided placement and advisory services to private equity firms. Previously, he was Managing Director at Lazard Freres and part of the original team that created the Private Fund Advisory Group. This effort provided placement services to private equity funds. Fran holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from DePauw University and a Master of Business Administration in finance from the University of Chicago.



Dr. Edem Adzogenu

Director

Dr. Adzogenu, a physician by training is the Chairman of the executive committee of Afro Champions Initiative. Dr. Adzogenu has been at the forefront of groundbreaking initiatives to promote African multinationals and intra-African investments. He is an architect and Senior Advisor of the AfroChampions Initiative, a public-private partnership to galvanize policy frameworks and innovative corporate alliances supporting the emergence and success of African private sector champions in the regional and global spheres.

Mark Spelman

Director

Mark is a Non-Executive Board Director and Member of the Executive Committee at the World Economic Forum (WEF), Co-Head, System Initiative on shaping the Future of Digital Economy and Society (WEF), Former Managing Director, Accenture Strategy, High Performance, and Futurist.

Richard Lackey

Director

Richard is the Chairman & CEO of the World Food Bank. Richard is a career entrepreneur with 30 years of leadership experience in the trading and securities industry, having founded and led companies that were sold to Goldman Sachs and e-Trade, serving as the managing director for five successful private funds, and authoring three books on technical analysis and market analysis.
