Before the COVID-19 pandemic, Newdea began working with nations to implement the Plaza Platform, a strategic tool for economic transformation. While the pandemic temporarily paused our efforts, it also underscored the urgent need for Newdea’s solutions to address rising debt and economic instability.

Troy is the founder and CEO of Newdea. He is responsible for driving the strategy, research, and development of the Company. For over 35 years, he has traveled the world meeting with leaders of business, government, and nonprofits, designing strategies that strengthen the private sector leading to economic prosperity for countries to reduce poverty.
CTO, Heatmap
Kenn is the CTO at Heatmap.com, with 30+ years of technology leadership across global teams. He has served as a Fractional CTO for multiple firms and founded companies like StillWaters Technologies and Domain Name International, specializing in e-commerce analytics and innovation.
Head of Product
Jessica brings 25+ years of experience in product development and identifying the right product-market fit for emerging markets and early adoption tech companies. She pioneered FinTech GTMs for Fortune 500 banks, driving the early adoption of online banking and digital finance. Her experience spans SaaS, IoT, and security, including leadership roles at ADT and IOTAS.
Lisza, Principal of Land Investment Assets, has expertise in land investment strategies, acquiring properties positioned for long-term value creation through large-scale industrial developments, energy, and solar projects. Previously, she spent more than two decades in cable television, with leading technology companies to expand tech services across the U.S. She also directed high-profile industry initiatives, including the production of national awards programs and live broadcast events.
