Before the COVID-19 pandemic, Newdea began working with nations to implement the Plaza Platform, a strategic tool for economic transformation. While the pandemic temporarily paused our efforts, it also underscored the urgent need for Newdea’s solutions to address rising debt and economic instability.

Our Team & Advisors
Troy is the founder and CEO of Newdea. He is responsible for driving the strategy, research, and development of the Company. For over 35 years, he has traveled the world meeting with leaders of business, government, and nonprofits, designing strategies that strengthen the private sector leading to economic prosperity for countries to reduce poverty.
Paul held senior leadership roles at Deutsche Bank and Barclays, including Chairman of Deutsche Bank International in India, where he oversaw 10,000+ staff across 54 countries. He spent 14 years at Goldman Sachs in global executive roles, driving strategic transformations and business growth.
Sean is President of The Fulcrum Group, specializing in strategic communications and public affairs. He has 20+ years of experience driving brand growth across global markets, with expertise in marketing, government affairs, business development, and campaign management.
Kamala leads AI-driven fraud prevention at Featurespace, helping Fintech and Central Infrastructure clients adopt real-time solutions. Previously, she was Head of Service Operations at Newdea, advising ministerial stakeholders, and spent 13 years at PwC building the Global Financial Crime unit.

Jessica brings 25+ years of experience in product development and identifying the right product-market fit for emerging markets and early adoption tech companies. She pioneered FinTech GTMs for Fortune 500 banks, driving the early adoption of online banking and digital finance. Her experience spans SaaS, IoT, and security, including leadership roles at ADT and IOTAS.

Ramsey has a distinguished career in international development, serving in senior roles at USAID (2005-2011, 2018-2021) and as Country Director in Jordan for the International Republican Institute. His expertise spans global impact initiatives and public sector leadership.

Kenn is the CTO at Heatmap.com, with 30+ years of technology leadership across global teams. He has served as a Fractional CTO for multiple firms and founded companies like StillWaters Technologies and Domain Name International, specializing in e-commerce analytics and innovation.
