When you use Newdea’s products and services, we send a ‘cookie’ to your computer. A cookie is a piece of information that is stored within your computer. As you browse the Internet, cookie-enabled sites will send cookies to your computer. Your browser probably has options that will let you control whether your computer accepts cookies. Newdea only uses session cookies, which exist during your browsing session and disappear from your computer when you close your browser software or turn off your computer.
3. Communication from Newdea Site.
Once you have completed the initial registration process, you will be sent an email to verify your password and username. On certain occasions, it will be necessary for Newdea to send out service related announcements to notify you of scheduled maintenance or system downtime. These communications will not be promotional in nature. We may also communicate with you to respond to service requests you have.
Our site contains security features to protect your Personally-Identifiable Information and Client Data. The Newdea System is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. SSL is a protocol that allows your computer to establish a secure connection to our Internet server. SSL uses encryption techniques that turn all information transmitted into a series of unrecognizable numbers as the information travels through the Internet. Newdea also utilizes the additional protection of a digitally-signed certificate that assures you that you are communicating with the development tools, server, security hardware, communications equipment, and all other tools and equipment used by Newdea to provide the Services (the ‘Newdea System’). The Newdea System is protected by firewall technology, which protects it against unwarranted intrusion and ensures that only approved Client requests are processed. All activity is logged and monitored to ensure that no attempts have been made to breach security. Finally, Newdea uses unique user names and passwords for each user of the Newdea System. One of the most critical ways to ensure the security of the Newdea System is to protect your username and passwords. Passwords should not be shared with anyone, whether inside or outside of your organization.
